I was the little girl who asked her parents every year for a sewing machine and got every present under the sun BUT a sewing machine. Ironically, when I purchased my own high-end European made machine, I loved it so much that I started working for a store that carried the brand. Several years later I am typing up this description from BERNINA's corporate headquarters in the US where I am so happy to be working in the field that I am passionate about.
