Sarah Gustason

Sarah works for Frond Design Studios, an independent fabric company that specializes in hand generated artwork for fabric design. Their artists paint original works which are then turned into fabric that has a richness and a depth of color that is unique to Frond Fabrics. The originals start as acrylic paintings, watercolors and even sumié Japanese ink painting.One of the most unique pieces is for the Street Smarts collection in which Artist Stephanie Brandenburg painted on the hood and the trunk of a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle.
