Handmade Kitty Kennel Quilt

This quilt is completely handmade from old scraps of my favorite clothing items! #slowfashion ! I do not have a sewing machine so everything was hand-sewn. This project combined two of my most beloved things as I love helping animals( I rescued the kitty that can be seen in the pictures) and have always had a passion for sewing and creating. Finishing the kennel quilt as a opening project was a good way for this full time opera singer who loves cats, to dig into my passion for sewing and help some animals in the process!
