Sandy’s Little Slice of Heavenly Peace

My sewing space makes me happy. It has lots of natural light and just got some new flooring and the addition of a pantry that we didn’t use in our kitchen remodel. The pantry is perfect for squirreling away some of my fabric stash and some bolts of interfacing and muslin. Also, I can swing my sewing chair around if I am ripping something out or doing handwork and look out through the eat-in kitchen area and see the pool. That relaxes me. The room is still a work in progress. My Bernina 880 is the focus of the room. Occasionally my Cat, Lucky, likes to help me sew.
