Official Rules — bernette 08 Straight Stitch: Signed Machine Giveaway

Eligibility

The bernette 08 Straight Stitch: Signed Machine Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of BERNINA of America, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins July 9, 2026 and ends September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter using the methods listed on the WeAllSew blog post. Each entry method may be used once per person. Automated, bulk, or third‑party entries are prohibited. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• bernette 08 Straight Stitch machine — used on the show and signed by the judges of Project Runway Season 21
• MSRP: $2,999

Prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. BERNINA of America reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

To claim the prize, the winner must complete and return a W‑9 tax form. Failure to provide required documentation will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of BERNINA of America, which are final and binding. BERNINA of America is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.

BERNINA of America reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Release

By participating, entrants release BERNINA of America, its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for BERNINA of America to use the winner’s name, city, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
