Decorative Stitching and Free Motion with My BERNINA 560

Description

I made this pillow using vintage denim, Kona white cotton and Riley Blake fabric.  I used my decorative stitches on my machine to make the circular stitching.  I free motion stitched on spiral circles and squiggles as well as using straight stitching to add more linear details.  To add these details, I used 12wt Aurifil thread.  It adds a great look to the pillow and my BERNINA 560 did a fantastic job of with stitch details.  I made piping and prairie points to add depth to the pillow too.  This project was fun to make and my machine makes it easy to do many different techniques.
