Kennel quilts

Description

A local sewing guild had an event at a local craft store to sew kennel beds for  local cat shelter! My sister signed up and they gave her two tickets, so she brought me! It was a real community efforts some people cutting fabric for the beds, some sewing the beds together, some stuffing them, some quilting them! I can’t wait to hear how many they actually completed. Schools were closed due to overnight snow, so the event started later than scheduled and my sister & I were the first to arrive , but more people tricked in as the hours past. a fun time was had by all and the cat shelter will reap the benefit!
