Tula Pink

Location: Stewartsville, Missouri

Hobbies: When I am not drawing and sewing for a living I am drawing and sewing for fun. It's basically all I do.

Favorite Type of Sewing: I make quilts. I will do little projects every now and then but quilts are endlessly satisfying for me to make.

Tula Pink is an American textile designer, author and illustrator. Tula has designed over 450 fabrics that have been sold worldwide along with her two best selling craft books Quilts From the House of Tula Pink and Tula Pink's City Sampler, 100 Modern Quilt Blocks. Her signature designs have been adapted to fabrics, ribbons, paper products, needlepoint kits and embroidery patterns. Tula is most recognized in her industries for her dark sense of humor, a flair for hiding animals in the strangest of places (artistically, not literally) and her boldly unique use of color and pattern. Tula comes from the "more is more" school of design where there is never enough space and always room for that one last thing.
