Bright Lites, Big Image
Description
I was working on a formal wedding mask for cousin & I wanted it to be perfect. The black background made it very hard to see, so I turned on my 770 with all its Bright LED Lites & attached one of the magnifying lenses so i could see perfectly to pick out some of the threads! Life is so much better with Bernina in it!

Oh yes they can & believe it or not the little mounting bracket comes separately. You have to remove the head covering & it pops in right there above the needle & to the left a bit (like u see in the pic). I probably searched YouTube for a video on how to do it At The time.

I like my magnifying lens on my Bernina 440QE. As a suggestion I would like more area magnified as this magnifies the needle area, I would also like to see right in front of the presser foot too. As my fabric transitions from unmagnified to magnified is where I look! Oh well I need to retrain my brain…also sometimes when I paper piece I say whoa I’m way off the line and then when I look unmagnified it is perfect! Takes some time to get accustomed to using it, but I really like it.

Interesting. I have the magnifying lenses from my 730 and 440 which my dealer said couldn’t be attached to my new 770QE Anniversary Edition.
