From Original Black to Sleek Modern Bernina Part 1

Love this project. From the first posting online, I was in. I had to make it. Loved everything about it. Once I bought the fabric kit and the embroidery patterns, I studied it more and thought long how it can be made even better. Then it dawned on me. We are celebrating 125 Anniversary of Bernina. First one was black, so it should be reflected in the quilt too. So off it went, the white fabric. I replaced it with black Kona. The golden thread just pops on black.
