I Dream of Sewing
Description
My sewing room is the culmination of many, many years of dreaming and planning. We designed and built our own house and my dream sewing room came into being. Building our home will be my legacy. It was the hardest but most rewarding thing I have ever done and not a day goes by that I don’t appreciate what we sacrificed to have accomplished our dream. My sewing room is still evolving and will always be a work in progress. That’s what makes it fun!!! Come join me on my tour. (Big Smile)

Thank you so much terry! We bought a butcher block counter top from a tool catalog and I asked my husband if he could cut out an opening for a light box. And he did!!! Thank you for commenting.

Webolton, I just love your sewing room, what a great design, mine is an upstairs bedroom taken over as my sewing room, in the UK we don’t seem to have the same amount of space, I presume u r in USA, lovely to have u as a sewing friend

Thank you so much Marianne! Yes I live in the United States. We are in California in the desert and have a lot of space. I am so lucky to have a sewing room that fills my needs. I love quilting and sewing and craft projects. I worked in fabric stores for many years and love to collect fabric. What kind of sewing do you like to do? Nice to have you as a sewing friend also. (smile)
