My sewing sanctuary.

Description

I started on the dining room table with a sewing machine and a couple of plastic storage bins.

Years later, my truly wonderful husband suggested turning the living room into a sewing room when I said I did not want to sew in the spare room downstairs (too isolated).  I used a desk for my sewing machine; added a Bernina serger, an embroidery machine, a bookshelf for my fabric and kept my plastic bins for supplies.

Years later, and early this month, I updated my space:  2 Gidget tables (I and II) and a foldable cutting table.  It gave me the chance to completely clean through my fabric and supplies.  It is peaceful to just see that it is there for me, let alone sew with it!
