Amy Smart

Amy learned to sew as a child but began quilting in earnest after her first baby was born, needing a creative outlet and craving something that stayed done. She has since had three more children, worked in a local quilt shop, taught beginning quilting, and started a blog documenting her sewing adventures, Diary of a Quilter. She has contributed to many quilting magazines and books, and has her first solo book, Fabulously Fast Quilts, coming on in April 2014.
