Patchwork Backpack

The patchwork backpack is a fun project to make for a boy or girl at any age. It is perfect for a walk to the park or a quick run to the store!  You can pick up these fabrics online or in your local store.

The Patchwork backpack was sewn on a BERNINA 550 Quilters Edition and features Denim Studio Fabrics by AGF. We will be learning to use decorative stitches and how to use the automatic buttonhole foot with slide.

AGF denim fabric mixed with BERNINA’s decorative stitches adds a perfect touch to this drawstring bag, the vertical and horizontal lines create even more interest! AGF smooth denim has such beautiful blue, green and orange shades that you can mix and match back with your regular quilting cottons or just mix them together. Besides bags, AGF smooth denim is perfect for apparel and home decor items, like quilts and pillows!
