I haven’t made winter weather garments or accessories, since I am mainly a quilter. I could use fleece to make a neck gaiter though. That should be easy enough and my neck is always cold.

The first snow of the season is my favorite, everything is fresh, clean and it’s just awesome to watch the snow falling and make the dull look of winter into a beautiful wonderland!

I don’t really have a favorite garment/accessory for winter… however, my favorite thing in the whole wide world, whether it’s winter, summer, spring or fall, is to get in my woman cave and make whatever I want ! The fabrics make me feel happy and when a quilt is all over me as I quilt it, it makes me feel warm all over!!!

I used to make garments years ago, but I don’t do that any longer — my sewing is limited these days to quilting. Since quilts are especially useful in the winter, I think that qualifies. 😉
