Leni Levenson Wiener
Leni Levenson Wiener is an art quilter and instructor living in New Rochelle, NY. She has authored four books—Thread Painting (2007), Photo-inspired Art Quilts (2009), 3 Fabric Quilts (2011) and Pictorial Art Quilt Guidebook (2014) and appears in compilation books of art quilts—including Art Quilt Portfolio: People and Portraits; The Best of Quilting Arts Magazine; 1000 Quilt Inspirations and numerous magazine articles. Her work, which is representational raw edge machine applique focusing on the body language of people caught in ordinary moments of their everyday lives, has been exhibited throughout the US and internationally. She teaches workshops and classes that range from beginner quilting through more advanced art quilt techniques. Leni is proud to be a BERNINA Ambassador.
