Trick or Treat! Bag from a Placemat

Somehow for most of us the “Trick” will be how to find the time to create a fun Halloween candy bag for our little ones, or bigger ones for that matter! Here I used a placemat I had in the house, it saved having to finish all the edges and I decided how big by the width of the seam I made in the bottom! Adding nylon web handles was a snap.
