Gifts from the Kitchen and Sewing Room

Making homemade jam and pickles for holiday gift-giving is part of the holiday tradition and everyone looks forward to these yearly food gifts. This year I have added an embroidered kitchen towel, many of them personalized.

The outline designs were created in BERNINA Embroidery Software 6, then I added lettering and quickly stitched them out on my embroidery machine.

  • Loved this webinar (Nov. 30, 2011) and have been searching all over the Bernina site for the directions. Usually information is posted within a week or two. Does anyone know where the directions are??? Judy Hahner always does such a good job explaining. Thanks, Geraldean

  • Hi Erika,

The webinar on these decorated kitchen towels was named “Stitches, Stitches & More Stitches” by Judy Hahner. The webinar was on Nov. 30,2011 and was based on V6. Judy and Elva talked about the posting of directions, and I have been searching ever since. I also sent an email to Judy Hahner, but have not yet received a reply. I have some notes, but could use more info. Thanks for any help you can give me – love V6. Geraldean

  • I also would like to either revisit the webinar or see written instructions. It’s not listed with the other webinars. Possibly it expired, but at Christmastime it was just too hard to pay enough attention. Thanks.
