I don’t have a favorite gift for dogs or cats. Most of my friends and family do not have pets. But I do like to give those who do have pets gift cards to a pet store.
-
Oh that reminds me I need to make some crinkle snake cat toys
-
It would have to be colorful bandanas for both cats & dogs. Holiday ones are always welcomed it seems!
-
I don’t have a cat or dog, but I would imagine it would be a bed for a dog or a toy for a cat. We have chickens… but I don’t think they would like any sewn gift. I have seen tutorials for knitting coats for chickens! For now, I am focusing on sewing gifts for my kids and family!

A handkerchief for a big dog, or a sweater for a little one. Dehydrated sweet potatoes make a good treat, too!
-
Homemade dog biscuits. Easy, quality ingredients, & their family appreciates the thought almost as much as the doggie!

We usually get our dogs new collars and a Kong toy. We have two large dogs 77 lbs and 128 lbs. They can destroy a new toy in 7 minutes or less. The kong toys are indestructible and you can fill them with cheese or peanut butter.

I love making pet beds with quilted tops!
-
A new collar with a Kanzashi flower or spiffy bow tie embellishment.
-
A gift basket with toys, treats and maybe a new bowl or sweater for a small dog.

I suppose a treat of some kind. Only pet we ever had was a rabbit and it loved yogurt drops (made for rabbits of course).
-
Nothing like a good chew toy and lets not forget a special bag of treats to go with it! Thanks for the chance to play : )
-
Hmm. Good question. I have no idea.

Dog and cat treats and maybe a new toy.
-
My dog loves milk bones, but she wont eat them unless we call them “cookies”.
-
we make peanut butter dog treats. also my daughter’s dogs love to chew on antlers.

My adorable dog (aren’t all of our dogs/cats/whatevers adorable?) loves toys, but she’s really tough on them. She can annihilate a stuffed toy in minutes! However, the Tuffie toys are up to the challenge, so those are the ones we get for her. Other than that, this year’s gift will be a new bed. I made her one, but it isn’t sturdy enough for a dog who likes to “nest”, so I’m getting her a tougher one this time.

One year I got my soul dog a Christmas collar and matching leash. I put the collar on and he would not let me take it off except when it was time for bath. I tried to trade it for the black collar after Christmas, but he would not let me put it on. He wanted the green one with the holly leaves! He let me put that one on with no problem, but not the black one. He is gone now, but I will never forget how special that collar was to him. They have their ways of letting you know certain things!!

A special chew bone is our dog’s usual holiday treat.

My grand kitties and grand doggy like treats the best and don’t care about getting dressed up. So my favorite gift to give them is a treat.

I bring the gift of a Rawhide to a dog. They seem to like those so much.

We have cats and our middle one loves to carry things around while meowing VERY loudly. I have made little stuffies for her with a little catnip inside.

I don’t have any pets, but I would sure get them a rawhide bone or new toy of some kind if I had a dog. I am away from my house for at least 12 hrs per day, so I am not going to have a dog until I retire so that I can spoil it 24/7

I usually give our grand puppies rawhide chews so I guess that’s my favorite!
