Meadow Slumber Pillow from Fat Quarter Shop
Today we’ve got a fun new pillow project from Fat Quarter Shop! The Meadow Slumber pillow is perfectly sized to tote with you on a plane or on a long car ride, and all of your fellow travelers will be envious of this adorable design.
This pillow uses the charming new collection, Meadow from Camelot Design Studios for Camelot Cottons. We picked a few of these prints and played up the blue hues with a touch of pink.
This design features fun, large stitches on our BERNINA 770 QE with Aurifil light blue color 2170 for a subtle contrast to the navy prints. We love the way that you can see the large stitches run across the fabric so precisely.
You’ll notice that we added pink flange in the center of the first two rectangles—be sure to pin for accuracy!

I like the project but the instructions are somewhat lacking, many details are left out and the reader has to figure out how to complete some of the steps. Might be “obvious” to someone with experience, but still, would have rather seen more detailed steps provided.
