Get Your Red On for National Wear Red Day!

Today is National Wear Red Day, an event started 10 years ago by the American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute to raise awareness of heart disease in women. If you’ve already left home for the day and forgot to wear your red, why not  hunt for a red flower, a red hair ribbon, button or other splash of red to wear? Visit the event’s official Go Red for Women website to learn all about NWRD, and find out what you can do to help.

And most importantly, use the Go Red for Women website to find out information about how you can reduce your risk of heart disease and live a healthier life.
