National Sewing Month is new for me as I got a sewing machine passed down from my mother in law beginning of September.
I am celebrating by learning how to sew with her. I’ve found so many quilting/ sewing social media sites are beginner friendly. It’s making the learning process pretty fun! -

To celebrate National Sewing Month, I am working on a few things! My mom and I are doing a block of the month subscription, but I’m two months behind as I’ve been sick. My mom got me into sewing after I lost two of my babies, so I sew to deal with my grief as it’s very therapeutic! I am also trying to finish a quilt for my grandmother’s 90th birthday next month!
