bernette 77 Features and Demonstration
Hello everyone! I am back today to give you a little look into the world of bernette. I have had the absolute honor of getting to use the bernette 77 in my studio. It is a feature-packed machine for all skill levels. Before we get any further, I would like to announce that I have partnered with BERNINA as a Brand Ambassador! Throughout 2021, I will be sharing projects, tips, and tricks featuring the b77 sewing machine.
The Bernette machines deliver the quality and precision of the classic BERNINA we all know and love. The b77 is a stand-alone sewing machine that has an exquisite amount of features found on top-of-the-line machines that will make your sewing so much more enjoyable! I have found that this machine does not let you make a mistake. If something is not quite right, it will let you know with pop-up messages on the beautiful touch screen. If you are not sure about something such as a sewing technique for a certain kind of fabric, this machine has a built-in feature called the “Sewing Consultant” that can guide you in the right direction.
bernette 77 Features:
This machine offers 500 stitches, 17 one-step buttonholes, 8 presser feet, programmable foot control, and an integrated dual-feed mechanism or “walking foot” just to name a few. This machine also comes with an extension table that plays big when you are working on large projects. If you are like me and tend to find yourself with large amounts of fabric in your machine, you will appreciate the extended work surface. Everything I show you in my video only scratches the surface of features and the creative possibilities this machine brings.
These buttons are my favorite on this machine. If you have used a computerized machine in the past, then you understand the level of excitement that came over me when I unboxed this machine! On other machines, you may only have speed control and needle up/down but on the Bernette77 you have options. These buttons are also programmable and can also be worked into the programming of the foot pedal, as demonstrated in my demo. From this image, you can see that there are arrows that indicate the path to successfully threading the machine. Also seen in the video when I engaged the semi-automatic needle threader, this machine has built-in messages that will appear on-screen to give you hints along the way.
I have enjoyed getting to know this machine. I am looking forward to sharing more tutorials in the coming months to show what this machine can do!
