Personalized Director’s Chair

Katherine went to Susan Beck’s Just Sew It! webinar last week, and sent photos of two of her recent projects. Great gift ideas!

Yesterday I finished a removable sleeve for a director’s chair that I use at my grandchildren’s sporting events. That way I can change the sleeve depending on which sport event I am attending and which child I’m there routing for. This one is for my granddaughter’s crew events! (The other side in tiny letters says “Go Hannah!” I didn’t want to embarrass her and I think I may need the extra space to add William’s name next year.)

The other picture is a 50th anniversary gift for my cousin that very closely matches their invitation. [Love the Log Cabin background! Jo]

By the way I own an 830, 730, and 430 BERNINA sewing machines and primarily I am a quilter… occasionally I just get a project idea and make it up as I go along.
