Julie Bridgeman
Julie Bridgeman, Educator for BERNINA of America, is a self-taught sewist learning from books and quilt store classes at a time when the online sewing community didn’t exist. She enjoys sewing home dec projects and embroidery but her first love is quiltmaking. Julie’s work reaches sewists all over the country and around the world. She teaches through many mediums, including social media, virtual classes and in-person retreats. Before working at BERNINA of America, Julie worked at a local dealer and owned a t-shirt quilt business. Now she enjoys working with an incredible team in the Chicago area where she lives with her family. For Julie, sewing is more than just a hobby. It’s about creativity, community, and giving. You can find her work on WeAllSew.com and instagram @juliebsews.
